To ensure fairness and transparency for all families, we have outlined our payment and refund policy below:
Securing a Spot
Enrollment at Gentle Scholars Academy is based on the reservation of a space (or “slot”) for your child. Once your child is registered, that space is held exclusively for them, and resources are allocated accordingly—including staffing, materials, and classroom planning.
Payments
All tuition and fees are due as outlined in your enrollment agreement. Payments are made to secure your child’s spot, whether or not they attend on any given day, as our operational costs remain the same.
Refunds
Because enrollment is tied to a reserved space and not daily attendance, we are unable to offer refunds for absences, early withdrawals, or changes in attendance. This policy helps us maintain stability and continue providing the best care and education for all our students.
We encourage parents to be certain of their commitment before enrolling, and we are happy to assist with any questions you may have before finalizing your registration.
