Our Registration Process

How to Register at Gentle Scholars Academy

  • Complete the Application Form

    Start by filling out our online or in-person Application Form

  • Initial Contact (Within 7 Working Days)

    You will be contacted by our support team to schedule a tour of our facilities and an interview session for both parent and child.

  • Facility Tour & Interview

    During this visit:
    - Our team will observe the child in a relaxed setting.
    - Parents will meet with our Special Education Coordinator.
    - A collaborative decision will be made on whether our program is a suitable fit for your child.

  • Acceptance & Registration Fee

    If your child is accepted, a non-refundable registration fee is to be paid within 5 working days of the visit to reserve your spot.

  • Tuition Payment

    Monthly fees as well as uniform and supplies fees are due on or before the 28th of the month prior to the child’s start date.

  • Enrollment Package Issued

    Upon full enrollment, parents receive:
    - The official Welcome Letter
    - Calendar and Orientation Schedule
    - Program Handbook
    - ILP Development Guide
    - Uniform and Supply List
